Head evidence of small vessel disease secondary to system hypertension. loss of cervical londonsn multilevel disc degeneration ith ostephyte c3/4/4/5/5/6/6/7 with indenting theecal at c3/4/5/6 with compressions and rifuil existing c5 as well both c5 nerve roots. aged 60 female. what does all this mean from a mri scan. I know I have a lot of pain
