My baby is 11 month old and have as result in rbc morphology:

what does it means? He also have as result:
hemoglobin: 9.0
hematocrit: 28.8
mcv: 59.75
mch: 18.67
mchc: 31.25
rdw: 17.60
He have being taking iron supplements for 3 months. I just want to know the rbc morphology part. Thanks!
