What Does The TMT Report Suggest?

My TMT report says Adequate Chronotropic and Ionotropic response. ST T changes noted in Inferolateral Leads During recovery. No Arrythmias/Angina. Stress Test positive for exercise induced Ischaemia . Max HR 157 bpm 93% of max predicted 168bpm. max BP 160/100. Max workload 8.5 mets. I have normal BP, Diabetic with HbA1C of 7.0, under medication. Age 52 yrs. What do the test result signify & any future course of action recommended pls.. Thanks

According to mentioned parameters, it's positive. Meaning there are high chances of blockages in your heart arteries. So, you should get serum fasting lipid profile, echo done. Also, you should get your angiography done and further action according to the report. You should also be started on medicines like aspirin, statins and nitrates.
