Hi,

In the posterior segment of your uterus you have a benign tumorous growth. Along with it, you have a Nabothian cyst as well.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Hello,

The pelvic ultrasound shows a normally placed uterus with thickening of endometrium. The left ovary shows a cyst measuring 1 cm in largest diameter and the cervix shows a Nabothian cyst filled with fluid. A benign tumor of smooth muscles of uterus is present in myometrium. The myoma is very small and is unlikely to cause any problem. There is nothing to worry.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shailja Puri, Pathologist and Microbiologist
