What Does The US With Cystic Follicles In Ovary Indicate?

Hi doctor. I underwent hysteroscopy. Today im on my day 5 menstration. Had my tvs done. Endometrium isoechoic, measuring 0.43cm with subendometrial halo. Right ovary- 3.13x2.44cm with 2-3 cystic follicles, largest measuring 0.99x0.95cm left ovary- 2.22x2.04cm with 2 small cystic follicles. What does this mean? Im on the process of ivf. Tnx
