What Does The US With Internal OS Closed Indicate?
a single regular gestational sac, single embryo present, CRL measures .39 cm corresponds to 6 week 1 day , cardiac activity could not be demonstrated. internal os closed ,ovaries are normal,adnexa normal,p.o.d free ...suggested follow up scan.. .................is it normal report?

AS per above report it is Early pregnancy scan report and yes it is normal\
internal os is closed in pregnancy its normal do not worry
Get a follow up scan and TIFA scan done later
