What Does The X-ray Report Indicate?

Good morning sir , my husband is under going dialysis for last 4 months last week he had breathing problem and was hospitalised .the xray report says left retro cardiac and left paracardiac opacity .Pls explain sir what does it mean .is it serious health issue ?
