What Does The Abdominal Scan Report Indicate?

Hello doctor, I am a lady of 30 years, 165cm tall, and weigh 60. I did pelvic/abdominal scan and the report shows internal Os closed, non gravid, retroverted uterus. does this mean very early pregnancy? Thank you Doctor in anticipation of your response
