What Does The Anti Verted Uterus With Proliferative Endometrium Mean?

My gynaecologist diagnosis is i have a normal size anteenverted uterus with proliferative endometrium normal ovaries with no dominant follicle seen. What does it means? im worry not having a baby, can you please give some advice regarding this problem? Thank you..
