What Does The Below ECG Report Interpretation Suggest?

My mom 74 y/0 had an ECG and the interpretation of the cardiologist is probable old anteroseptal wall myocardial infarction ,complete left bundle branch block and left fasicular block.... Will she have some operations or it will be just maintenance of meds for her thanks you and more power ivy

Considering the history your mother had myocardial infarction which would have caused the complete left bundle branch block & left fascicular block. This may necessitate operation to implant cardiac pace maker if she has syncopal attacks and also medications have to be taken. Please follow up with your cardiologist.
