What Does The Below Eye Test Report Suggest?

My son is 7 years old. We did today general check up for him. the reading was +0.75 right eye and +0.25 is left Cyln. Question: Does this result really need spectacle? If yes, how long he need to wear? Also please let me know if he stop wearing spects after some time?

I really appreciate your concern, the given refractive index reading is suggestive near vision error (Hypermetropia) in such error specs need to be used all along the way, later on this can be managed with laser treatment, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
