Hello

Your findings suggests raised SGPT with altered lipid profile and increased uric acid.
Increased SGPT may indicate liver injury. It may be due to many reasons like hepatitis, alcohol intake, altered lipid profile, auto immune causes, drug toxicity etc.
It may be due to altered lipid profile in your case.

You may need few more investigations like routine hemogram, random blood sugar, viral markers,ANA estimation.

I suggest tablet ursodeoxycholic acid 300 mg twice daily for three months to my patients. It helps in regeneration of liver cells.
I also suggest statins for increased lipids in blood.

You should avoid saturated fat and go for brisk walk regularly.
Take lot of fruits and vegetables in your diet.

Urine findings suggests urinary tract infection. You may need culture and sensitivity of urine. You may need to take antibiotics.

Sinus bradycardia may be due to many reasons like excess physical activity etc.

Get well soon.
Take Care
