What Does The Below Obstetric Scanning Report Suggest?

obstetric scanning fetus: there is a single live detus in cephalic presentation. regular cardiac (147 b/m) activity and normal fetal movement is noted. no obvious fetal abnormalities avident. BPD: 91mm= 37weeks + 3days FL: 78mm= 40 weeks + 3 days EFW: 3390 gm ptient weight : 53 gm PLACENTA: anteriorly located MATURITY grade: 3 grade

Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
Ultrasound report of Obstretic scan says that your pregnancy is nearing term. Fetal development appears to be normal. Cephalic presentation means that head is towards lower end and you could expect normal delivery. Placenta maturity is also proper. Fetal heartbeat is also normal. Also no other abnormalities has been noted in fetus.
The scan appears to be normal and nothing to worry about.
You could expect delivery to happen shortly in about 2 weeks.
