What Does The Black Spot Under The Big Toe Nail Indicate?

I just noticed I have a small brown /black spot under my two big toe nails. I have had nail polish on them for a long time so I never noticed them till now. I have no pain, itchyness, or no other sicknesses. So I need to know if it s something to worry about.

Well come to HCM
This could be non specific if not hurting or having any clinical symptoms just watch for any changes like increasing in size changing color, swelling pain, if something like that ever happens then you need to get done the clinical examination, hope this information helps (At the most chances of infective lesion would be matter of concern ) take care.
