What Does The Blister On The Outside Of Gum Indicate?

I've got a blister on the outside of my gum on the top toward the back of my mouth. The blister is pretty big -- I can feel it with my tongue -- but no pus came out when I poked it with a sterilized needle, just a bit of blood. The odd thing is the blister doesn't hurt at all. Any idea what's going on?

thanks for your query, i have gone through your question, the blister on the gums could be because of the tooth infection like periapical abscess or periodontal abscess..... or it can be any soft tissue lesions like pyogenic granuloma or ossifying fibroma... consult oral physician to rule out all these thing s and you need to take radiographs like IOPAR, OPG... i hope my answer will help you...take care..
