What Does The Blood Analysis Say?

I have been recommended LAFXID D;ROSUVAS 10;MYOSPAZSZETALO and ZYLORIC tablets. My blood ANALYSIS is ESR 32mm/hr; TOTAL CHOLESTROL 224 mg/dl; LDL CHOLESTROL 134.2 mg/dl; LDL/HDL RATIO 2.48; SERUM URICACID 8.9 mg/dl. I am a 49 yrs male
are all these really worth taking?

Thanks for writing to HCM

You are suffering from dyslipidemia and uric acid is also raised.

You also need few more investigations like Ultrasound of abdomen.Further investigations can be done if needed.

You have been prescribed right medicines.
Besides medicine you also need life style modification and diet changes.
You should reduce your weight also if you are overweight.
You should avoid red meat and high fat milk products.
Cook food in olive or canola oil.
You should take limited salt in your diet.It is good that you avoid fried and junk food.You should avoid alcohol intake.
Take lot of fruits and vegetables.You should also increase your physical activity in the form of walking and exercise.
You can also do meditation and yoga.It will help you a lot.
Don't take stress in life.

You should also avoid purine rich diet.
