Dear Sir, My baby s age is 9 moths only. He was hospitalized for fever, pneumonia, mild cough. After five days fever is no more. breathing is normal. feeding was problem but now OK. Would be glad if you please advise us below comments on Blood Film Examination. RBC -Blood hypochromia and anisopoikilocytosis microcytes, macrocytes, fragment cells

Hello,
There is decrease in hemoglobin or red blood cells. Most probably it will be nutritional deficiency due to low food intake. Consult a pediatrician and get evaluated. Iron supplements may be required.
