Hello and welcome to HCM,
The blood reports show an increase in white blood cell counts and increase in neutrophils/ polymorphs.
This suggests presence of infection most probably bacterial infection.
The packed cell volume (PCV) is low at 28%. This value is low and suggests anemia.
The ESR is slightly raised at value 30.
ESR is raised in inflammatory conditions.
The ongoing infection can be the cause for this.
Consult your doctor with reports for further management.

Thanks and take care
