What Does The Blood Test For Gout Indicate?

Hello Doctor i had a gout attack with usual swelling of left foot and pain. My doctor told me to have blood chem test. Results: Triglycerides - 230/SGPT - 40 /SGOT - 30 / Uric-7.5. I'm 75 years. Can you pls give me your prognonsis on these numbers? Thank you
