What Does The Blood Test Report Indicate?

Hello, my son, 23, had blood test and results are : Protein, total - 8.4 Bilirubin, total - 1.3 White blood count - 14.5 Neutrophils % - 75.7 Neutrophils, Abs - 11.0 Bilirubin, Direct - 0.28 Everything else is within norm. What Could be the root cause? Thank you for advise.

This blood picture can sometimes occur in infections which causes WBC to go up.
