General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Tonsil problem was an effect of allergy, sinus infection.Enlarged tonsils must have obstructed her air way..so she was relieved for few days of toncillectomy. Yet the basic cause remained so she started getting short breathes again. Secondly, low hemoglobin after prolonged antibiotics can cause short breath too. I would advise to get investigated to find exact allergen &also exclude anemia to help her. Preventive sprays to combat allergy, avoiding allergens or getting them desensitized would help her. Please consult a pediatrician & then an allergy specialist.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
