What Does The Blood Test With 4.520 UIU/ml Indicate?

I recently had a blood test done and it turns out that I have 4.520 uIU/ml on the test called ULTRA hTSH Third Generation...apparently this is very high, right! They also did a T4 free test but that one came back between the normal ranges.

Hi!
welcome to our site!
Although ESS may be associated with growth hormone deficiency, pituitary tumors, or pituitary gland dysfunction, but your TSH level is nearly normal. The reference range for ultrasensitive TSH has been listed as 0.5 to 4.5 mIU/L. however some national societies are in favor of more rigorous testing and possible treatment in symptomatic patients with TSH over 3 mIU/L .You must consult your endocrinologist .
hope this helps!
