Hi,

The brain MRI report may provide some insight into your symptoms, but without seeing the report, it is difficult to say for sure. Generally, an MRI of the brain is used to detect abnormalities in the structure or function of the brain. It is often used to diagnose conditions such as strokes, tumors, multiple sclerosis, and other neurological disorders.

Your symptoms may be related to your past drug use, smoking, or allergies. Cocaine use can have long-term effects on the brain and cardiovascular system, and smoking can cause respiratory problems and increase the risk of heart disease. Allergies can also cause dizziness and other symptoms.

It is encouraging that you have seen multiple specialists and they have ruled out anything serious. However, it may be helpful to continue to work with your healthcare team to try to identify the cause of your symptoms and develop a treatment plan. You may also want to consider making lifestyle changes such as quitting smoking and avoiding drugs and alcohol. Additionally, managing your allergies may help alleviate your symptoms.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
