What Does The Cervical MRI Result Show?

I had an injury at work in feb 2010 had pain in my shoulder had burning in my right hand down the pointer finger and my thumb. My elbow has sensative pain over the top and under neith my arm gets tired and my hands swell, had mri found a rotator tear, had surgery went through physical therapy ad still have the issues with hand and elbow again had another mri the findings are these and I dont understand it. C3-C4 minimal anterior subluxation 3mm with minimaldisc buldge but no stenosis. C5-C6 5mm midline protrusion with lifting of the posterior longitudinal ligament. This lies in the midline and immediate paracentral zones. mild bi-foraminal encroachment, but no high grade stenosis. C6-C7 small small midline protrusion, measuring 3mm. C7-T1 Midline protrusion with extension into the left paracentral zone , But no high grade foraminal extension seen.
Can you please give this to me in plane english.
Thanks!
