hi doctor, My sister-in-law s cervical smear test report says that superficial and intermediate squamous cells with inflammatory changes. Abundant endocervical cell clusters seen. Back ground shows neutrophils . What does it mean ? is there anything related to cancer ?
There is no signs of cancer and nothing much to worry about it. As of now no definite treatment is required. You can go for a repeat test after six months.
