when i come in contact with moisture or sometimes even water i get small swelling on my legs and arms but they tend to vanish with in few minutes, during the time i have is it itches a lot and stops as it vanishes
i wanted to know why does it haapen and is there and cure or medicine

i just got the AEC blood test done and the count is .40 thou/mm3
