Welcome to Health care magic.

1.Central lobular emphysematous changes are seen in the patient with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
2.There is evidence of cystic structures with in - could be fibrocystic disease.
3.Sub carinal calcified lymph nodes means - healed infection ( could be sarcoidosis , systemic disease, lymph nodal cause itself - after healing leaves a trace of previous infection )
4.Any calcified granuloma in any part of the body indicates as old healed infection - same applies for the splenic granulomas.
5.Over all your report indicated - obstructive pulmonary disease with old healed granulomas.

Hope it helps you. Wish you a good health.
