What Does The Culture Test Of Vaginal Discharge Suggest?

Doctor, please help me interpret and understand my gram stain result in my vaginal discharge.

Pus cells : 20-30
Epithelial cells : 4-6
Gram positive in single: + 1
Gram positine in single: +2
gram positive in clusters: + 1
gram positive bacilli : occasional
Gram negative bacilli :+3

Hope you could me understand my gram stain result and what medicine to take.

Hello, Thnx to contact us. If I am your treating doctor I would like to advice you that you are suffering from bacterial vaginitis. Raised pus cells and mix bacterial growth in vaginal discharge is suggestive of bacterial vaginitis. For bacterial vaginitis I advice my patient to take metronidazole 400mg twice daily for a week, also you can use 2% clarithromycin ointment for local application. maintain the hygiene.
