Thanks I am trying to remember the ekg diagnostics for incomplete LBBB What would you see on a 12 lead...I have a feeling my pcp referred me for an echo based on the diagnosis of the ekg when done, rather than a reading. I do not see that diagnosis. I am a critical care nurse.
Incomplete LBBB can be picked up on an EKG by a) rSR' pattern in lead V4-6 , absent q waves in these leads b) ST depression with T wave inversion in lead I and V4-6 c) QRS interval less than 0.12 seconds d) Presence of left axis deviation
