What Does The Double Marker Test Report Indicate?

Hi Doctor, I had double marker test last week (13 weeks) and following are the details of test: Free beta human chornic gonadotropin : 35.30 ng/ml Pregnancy associated lpasma protin A : 2.17 Free BHCG MOM: 0.86 PAPP-A MOM: 0.52 NT MOM: 1.19 Trisomy 21 screening with NT: 1:6470 Trospmy 13/18 screening with NT: patient details: weight: 49 smoking: No Diebetes: No IVF: No Ethnic Origin: Asian Maternal Age at delivery: 24.4 Foetus: 1 Can you please tell me about the report .... is every thing fine or something wrong?

Hi I did review your concern. i would recommend a nuchal transclucency score using usg. Generally HCG and PAPP-A goes down with trisomies and it seems your result are near normal.
However, the sensitivity of tests is increased by adding nuchal transcluscency score.
if there is any doubt the best test to follow is amniocentesis as it can detect trisomies at any early stage and further decisions can be taken.
