Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
trying to read echo-gram, ACS: 1.8 good or bad? LA dimension: 5.9cm, asc Aorta: 2.9cm, LA/Ao: 2.0 TR ma vel: 285cm/sec, TR max PG: 32mmHg, RSVP (TR): 42mmHg, RAP systole: 10mmHg. so are these severe readings for someone that has had CABG. in 2008 and an ablation in 2009?
In my opinion, it is your cardiologist responsibility to explain the echocardiogram if it good or not. It's not correct for us to say only with echocardiogram date without evaluation closely of the patient.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Jolanda Nikolla, Pulmonologist
