What Does The Fecalysis Result Indicate?
i have the fecalysis result of son wo is 5yrs old, i dont know how to read it, here are the result. the macroscopic results are: color- brown, transparency-watery. the microscopic results are: pus cells-20-30/hpf, red blood cells-15-20/hpf, bacteria-++++, ova/parasitesnone found. i want to know the problem, if any. thanks.

Your son is suffering from colitis (intestine infection).It is due to bacteria.
Colitis is indicated by presence of pus cells,RBC and excessive bacteria in stool.There shouldn't be any pus cells,RBC and bacteria in stool.
Culture of stool should also be done. Antibiotics should be prescribed to your son.
Baby should be given adequate fluids.
