i am looking in to your question
most likly cause of fall of your bp and increased pulse rate is dehydration it may be due to excesive sweating as u have
generally i advise to my patient take plenty of oral fluids/juice and ORS solution at least 3 to 4 litres a day
as much sweating take as much balanced salt oral liquids like ORS etc
I find this answer helpful
