What Does The Following CAT Scan Report Suggest?

MY HUSBAND HAD A cAT SCAN RECENTLY SHOWS INCREASED DENSITY IN THE SUBCUTANEOUS TISSUE OF THE RIGHT GROIN POSSIBLY FROM PRIOR INGUINAL HERNIA REPAIRS BY HISTORY. A HEMATOMA OR INFLAMMATORY PROCESS CANNOT BE EXCLUDED.NO SIGNIFICANT ADENOPATHY OR DRAINABLE ABSCESS COLLECTION. pROGRESSION OF ARTHEROSCCLEROROSIS IN THE DISTAL RIGHT COMMON ILIAC ARTERY,UNDOUBTEDLY WITH YA STENOSIS OF 90%OR GREATOR. CHRONIC MILD GLUTEAL MUSCLE ATROPHY. WHAT DOES ALL MEAN???? THIS FROM COPY OF RADIOLOGY REPORT HAVE NOT SEEN HIS DOCTOR YET

Hyperdense lesions may be due to causes like a hematoma, infective etiology etc. It is not a very serious issue. You may need clinical evaluation.
