What Does The Following CECT Report Suggest?

CECT shows multiple mildly enlarged mediastinal lymph nodes in the pre/para tracheal , prevascular, AP window and subcarinal regions. there are confluent areas of multiple small branching centriacinar nodules in the right upper, left lower lobes and few in the right middle and right lower lobes. few mildly enlarged peripancreatic/ periportal lymph nodes are seen. what i am likely to be suffering from

Sounds to be a metastasis of the lymph nodes with possible malignancy, the primary origin of which has to be sorted out clinically and co-relating the supportive findings of the results.
