What Does The Following CT Scan Of Abdomen And Pelvis Mean?

Hi,I did ct scan abdoment tnd pelvis, it was the result of There is a calcification in the lower left hemiscrotum measuring approximately 8mm. There also appears to be a left scrotal hydrocele and a left scrotal complex lesion measuring 1.7 x 1.6 x 1.1cm. what that means, whether it is dangerous?

Hi,

Based on the history you have shared, you should get urologist review with local examination, any sorrounding lymphedenopathy and plan to get testicular biopsy or the biospy of the lesion to rule any malignant growth. Hormonal profile as well tumor markers may be needed.
