What Does The Following CT Scan Report Indicate?

An ascending thoracic aoratic anyerism Of 4.5 is that large ? And what rate do they usually grow? I just had a Ct scan for an ongoing cough And it show a lower right lobe pneumonia And it mentions the above anyerism. I have been working and the cough is been going on for 3 months.

First of all you have an aortic dilation. You can stop it here with proper medications and your cough is due to pneumonia. Please meet with a cardiologist for further treatment plan.
