What Does The Following CT Scan Report Of The Chest Reveal?

A recent CT Scan of my chest reveals the following in bold letter: Left hemithorax: Fissural anatomy is maintained. Multiple subpleural bullae and entrapped air are seen in left upper lobe and left lower lobe. Ovoid enhancing SOL (3.6cmx36.cmX2.8cm. Approx) is seen in inferior aspect of apico-posterior segment of left upper lobe and posterior basal segment of left lower lobe (3.5cmX3.1cmX2.2cm approx.). No evidence of cavitation calcification or necrosis is seen in SOLs. Left half of thoracic cage is normal. No evidence of pleural effusion is seen. IMMPRESSION: COAD with left lung solid nodules. Please advice me for next step of treatment....

Hello

According to the chest CT results it means that you have lung emphysema
It's not advisable to give treatment online .Please consult a pneumologist specialist for examination closely of your clinical picture.
