General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

First of all, it's sad to know what you had been going through lately. Based on the report you have lshared, I need to know your age as the kidney cysts are usually benign and need no further workup unless you are elderly and having symptoms and multiple cysts.

Atherosclerosis in aorta means your blood vessels are thining out and having cholesterol deposition. You need to consult a cardiologist in this regard.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Saddiq Ulabidin, General & Family Physician
