General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

First of all it's sad to know what you had been going through lately.

Based on the history you have shared, symptoms are suggestive of infective etiology and may need long term antibiotics as well as mucolytic therapy.

N acetyl cystine and expectorant may be helpful. Pulmonologist review is recommended.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Saddiq Ulabidin, General & Family Physician
