What Does The Following CT Scan Report Suggest?

can this be dangerous, borderline cardiac prominence, mild central pulmonary arterial, also chest pressure all the time in chest. area , small left hemidiaphragmatic hernia in chest wall , this is C T scan on lungs ,subjectively heart borderline prominent.

Hi,

There is nothing grossly dangerous in this report. Lungs are normal and slight prominence of borders heart are non-conclusive. However, for chest tightness, CT scan is not a good modality. I would suggest you get an echo done to see clearly about functions and structure of your heart.
