What Does The Following CT Scan Report Suggest?

Hello. I received a CT Neck Chest Abdomen Pelvis with Contrast and under Abdomen & Pelvis Findings / Kidneys & Ureters it says: There is a slight pelviectasis on the left with mild left proximal to mid urethane dilatation. What does this mean please? Bladder was unremarkable. Bowel was unremarkable.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear
Welcome to Health care magic family .
I have evaluated your concern in depth .

@ If I read after spelling correction , I think it is '' slight pelvicaliceal fullness
on the left with mild left proximal to mid ureter dilatation ''
If this is the case , it indicates that
there is presence of ureter narrowing which may be due to calculus or
other condition giving back pressure changes over kidney .

@ Welcome for further guidance with scanned copy of the report .

Hope this will help you definitely .
Feel free to ask any future health related query anytime .
Thanks for evaluating my answer thoroughly .
Regards dear .
I find this answer helpful
