What Does The Following CT Scan Report Suggest?

I had tests at a local hospital a ct scan with contrast, it showed I have a 5.2 abdominal aortic aneurysm. I was then sent to a second doctor who examed me with his hands and said it in the fours. My question is arent t the test more acturate then the doctors hands exam?
