What Does The Following CT Scan Report Suggest?

Hello Dr. Narasi. I received a CT Radiology report after being in the ER on Saturday for flu/abdomen-pain symptoms. The report was published on the hospital web today and states: low attenuation in the periphery of the right lobe of the liver. Should I be concerned? I did see my regular doctor yesterday and he did not even mention this. Also, the report said my heart appeared enlarged. I am a female, 64, generally good health, no meds and no weight problems.
