What Does The Following CT Scan Report Suggest?

heterogenous mass of about 42*44mm size in right upper para aortic region close to pancreatic head=mass/?matted enlarged lymph nodes.right kidney normal in size and has echogenic massof about 52*56mm size lying at the lower pole of kidney=renal mass.gall bladder has thin walls containing sludges.what does ur expert opinion says

Lower pole of kidney shows mass.

Hence it can be renal cell carcinoma.

To rule out carcinoma and to classify tumour CT guided or USG guided biopsy needs to be done for histopathology examination

According to report further management plan decided
