Hello sir, I am suffering from last 2years sevieor headed, problem, so I concerned doctor he preferred a CT scan&and CT pns, finally radiologist given bellow, reoprt. Dns to left Bilateral interior turn in a text hypertrophy Right omu obliterated Minimal mucosal thinking noted in bilateral maxillary sinus-sinusits

welcome to hcm ...please see that the bone of nose is deviated
there is hypertrophy of mucosa in nose
there is thickening of soft tissue in sinuses both sides
you are suffering from sinusitis and deviated nasal bone
i would suggest that you should be ascessed for allergy which is common cause of sinusitis
as per treatment you need short course of antibiotics as azithromycin 500 mg once a day levocetrizine 5 mg two times
tab montelukast two times
steam inhalation
