My name is Mili. I had some problem in my left ear few years back. I have gone through a surgery that time. That was mastoidectomy. I had gone through this procedure 3-4 times. Now few days back there was swelling in the left side of my face and neck. At that time CT Scan was done . Following is the report of that scan:-

IMPRESSION :- Findings are suggestive of:- Features of Left sided mastoidectomy with focal soft tissue mass involving the tympanic cavity, mastoid antrum and the post surgical cavity, causing focal bony erosions? Cholesteatoma. Note is made of thickened retracted Left tympanic membrane and non visualized incudo-malleolar articulations.

And the report of CONTRAST (OMNIPAQUE)CT SCAN NECK is as follows:-

IMPRESSION:- Findings are suggestive of Multiple mildly enlarged lymph nodes invilving the bilateral submandibular, sublingual, submental,Left posterior cervical and bilaterall deep jugular groups. Advised:- Histopathological correlation

NOW DOCTOR PLEASE TELL ME ALL ABOUT MY DISEASE AND WHAT I HAVE TO DO NEXT AND WHAT IS THE SERIOUSNESS OF THE DISEASE
