Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
My Ecg report sinus rhythm......normal p axis,v-rate 50- 90. Nonspecific T abnormalities, lateral leads....T less then -0.10mv, I aVL v5 v6 St elev, probable normal early pattern....st elevation, age less then 55. What problem you can see in my heart according this report.
First of all, I would like to suggest my patients not to think a lot about the findings or the description of any medical stuff. That language is better understood by doctors. There are various normal patterns in an ECG. The findings which you have mentioned are fairly normal in many persons.
I would suggest my patients consult and discuss with a good physician or a Cardiologist and be in comfort. I would say them as normal changes.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Muhammad Azhar Hussain,
Internal Medicine Specialist
