Hi,

Generally the ECG should be interpreted with the clinical appearance of the patient and not just on the ECG findings. The only abnormal finding among the findings you mention is the QRS contour abnormality consistent with inferior infarct.

It is important that a doctor reads the ECG and not only the machine and the findings being confirmed by a doctor because sometimes the machine has the tendency to over diagnose some conditions. I would say you will need to talk to your cardiologist about the ECG. he will do a some questions to you and a physical examination and then he will be able to determine the importance of the ECG findings.

Hope I have answered your query.
