Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Your heart wall is enlarged called left ventricular hypertrophy. Just bring your blood pressure below 140/90 mmHg. Avoid salt, fried and oily foods. Cut on smoking and alcohol. Go for morning or evening walk at moderate pace at least for 30 minutes daily.

I hope I have solved your query. Let me know if I can assist you further in this query.
